Blueprint Australia represent the owners of a large scale redevelopment site located within the Maroochydore City Centre.

Strategically located within the Maroochydore City Centre Priority Development Area, the 4.4 hectare site will form the southern gateway to the newly created Maroochydore Central Business District.

Upon completion, staged redevelopment of the land holdings will accommodate a range of land uses delivering a scale, character, intensity and functon reflective of its strategic location and surrounding context.

As development manager, [b1] management group is working with a diverse and multi-functional consultant team.  Having completed construction of the first stage of 11,000 m2 of large format retail, [b1] management group is now undertaking extensive mixed use development option analysis for future stages.
