The 25 hectare former concrete batching plant, prominently located on the Bruce Highway outside Rockhampton, was identified as surplus to Sibelco's operational requirements in 2017.

[b1] management group worked closely with Sibelco operations and management to prepare for and conduct a comprehensive marketing campaign for the sale of the industrial property. 

 

The task included the identification of target markets, detailed divestment option analysis and assessment, compilation of due diligence reports and material, creation of secure online data room, management of a comprehensive sales and marketing campaign, and contract negotiations with the successful purchaser, JRT Group.
