Blueprint Australia represent the owners of a large scale redevelopment site located within Brendale, Queensland.
Located within Moreton Bay Regional Council, and approximately 3km east of the Brisbane City Council, redevelopment of this 15 hectare site will herald the creation of a new regional large format retail homemaker centre, and will include introduction of the first 'Anaconda Adventure HQ' retail outlet consisting of approximately 6,000m2 of camping, hiking, 4WD, water sports, cycing, fishing and boating equipment.
Staged redevelopment of the land holdings will accommodate a range of land uses delivering a scale, character, intensity and function reflective of its strategic location and surrounding context.
As development manager, [b1] management group is working with a diverse and multi-functional consultant team. With the first stage of 16,000 m2 of large format retail nearing completion, [b1] management group is now undertaking extensive mixed use development option analysis for future stages.
