Benefiting from a well-established central activity precinct with strong transport connections, Box Hill is cementing its reputation as an attractive and viable destination for corporate offices, specialist retail, corporate service providers and high density residential living.

Centrally located in the heart of Box Hill, the 4,250m2 site represented an opportunity to realise an exciting mixed use development incorporating quality residential apartments and a boutique hotel, complimented by specialist retail offerings.

 

As advisor to Blueprint, [b1] management group worked in conjunction with the incumbent project management team, informing extensive development option analysis with comprehensive financial feasibility modelling.

With development approval secured for a 36 level, multi tower residential complex, the site has since been divested to a private investor for development.
